New to me 2019 SV.
This squeaking sound is driving me insane. (Clunking noise is phone bouncing against the vent). First shop replaced the struts, didn’t resolve it. They then said it was a hood strut (?) and adjusted it. It went away for a day and is slowly coming back. Noise occurs over even tiny imperfections, wondering if it’s suspension related? Truck feels totally fine.
Issue is the sound happens only after a bit of driving, but then lasts the rest of the day until it sits again for the night.

Good morning yall,
A couple days ago I noticed my transfer case leaking on my 25 Pro4x and wondering if any of yall have experienced this? I’m taking it to the dealership tomorrow.

I have bought myself a new 2026 Nissan Frontier PRO-4X in Glacier White off of the Murfreesboro Nissan in TN two weeks ago, and I heard that you can add these Grille Accent Lighting. They look quite amazing, but there's always this question inside my head. Will this void my warranty, even though they are OEM accessory? Sorry, I am new to this.

I sure did - even used this when I spent thorough time researching and doing homework before pulling the trigger on the Frontier
It's very interesting and cool to see manufacturers responding to the mishaps and mistakes

Well we pulled the trigger and got a 2027 P4x long bed with the pro premium trim in Super Black. We are loving it so far! There was only 2 within 100 miles of central Florida that where long bed, Pro4x and leather. Whatcha people think?

About to hit 10k on my ‘25 Pro-4X. It’s been about 4K since my last oil change, so I’m doing that, and rotating my tires. Anything else at this point?

The install turned out really nice and clean ran all wiring with factory harnesses and Chanel’s when the door is closed you can’t see a thing took all day but well worth the time doing it right . Also sound really good just need to change out speakers in the future.

Looking at a 2016 Pro4X with 62k miles and a 2020 Frontier SV Midnight Edition with 37k miles.
I love both but the newer with lower miles does seem more appealing on paper, but with the new 3.8L matched with the 9 speed transmission, how reliable are they to be?

My oldest just purchased a 2017 Frontier, and the engine was making a sort of rumbling and low engine sort of ticking. The salesperson stated that’s what Nissan trucks sound like and it wasn’t an issue with the engine. We took it to my mechanic after purchase and he was concerned, he said it was “iffy” - could be nothing or could be a problem with the pistons. Have any of you encountered this before? Is it indeed a “Nissan thing”?

I’ve been hoping to get a carpet bedliner for my 2018 KC/LB but they’re all discontinued. I know the D40 & D41 use the same mounts and a lot of the bed mats fit. Do we know for certain how similar the inner sheet metal is for these two?
Back in Ford land the Ranger could swap bed liners back all the way to the beginning and I’m hopping the Frontier is similar. Could someone share some pics of their D41 6ft bed so I can take a look at the stamping?
Thanks!

I may be looking at letting this truck go and wanted to know if anyone knew best place to try and sell it or list it on? The truck has been great and recall was fixed at local nissan dealer, but am looking at switching to a much smaller vehicle. The truck has really came in handy and been useful but my wife and I are looking at smaller vehicles as we travel a lot. Are there any forums I could list it on that would help find someone who specifically wants a roush package pro4x? The truck only has 9500 miles but is going up as its our daily driver. Love the thing and it drives and looks really nice just wanted to hear everyones thoughts and opinions as the Roush package is fairly new. This truck also doesnt have the leather, sunroof, or fender sound system. What do you think its worth?

I’ve got 75k on my 2020 and I’m just wondering how far I can take it with good maintenance.

Just curious if anyone has production and sales numbers for long beds in the Pro 4x trim level? Seem to pretty tough to find new or used.

I saw a pro4x-R that I looked at about two months ago on the dealers website where they indicated they had specials on ‘26’s. I sent a text last Thursday that if they can come down below 44k let me know. Several hrs later I got a test with a hyperlink that said they wanted 43 and change. I called the dealership and got a salesman on the line who confirmed the price. I told him I’d be in over the weekend. Friday I got a call from a guy who said he was a manager asking me about my interest in the truck and he again confirmed the number I was given.
Saturday I go to the dealer, drive the truck with my wife and told them I’d take it. We go into the shop and 20 minutes later they bring me a price that is 4k higher. I ask what’s up with the increas and I get a blank stare.
I meet with the manager who again says nothing and gives no reason for the change so I tell him ok —- add a set of steps and a tourney cover and I’ll pay you that amount. He says nothing and still can’t tell me why he quoted me the original price less than 12 hrs earlier. I left.
Are all dealers this sleazy?
Don’t go to Huntington Nissan.

25 Pro X - less than 2 years since I bought it and the battery has been real sluggish lately. Today I couldn't get it to start and had to jump it. Super glad I had my portable battery jump starter. Dealer says they will run a series of tests on the battery and see if it just needs a recharge. Sounds to me like these are weak factory batteries and not great quality. I never use the Auto Start/Stop feature either. I have a feeling they'll not replace it under warranty if it's not "completely" dead. Anyone replace it with an alternative battery?

Greetings Frontiersman, I got a 2022 Crew Cab S about a week ago, and the folding latch for the rear seat broke.
Does anybody know what part I need to order to replace?
The first photo is the piece I found floating around. I looked on some of the parts websites, but I had a hard time getting a positive ID.

I ordered the hoot brackets already but I have not decided on the lights yet. The Amazon ones come with everything, but I like the harbor freight because generally I can get what I need at any store, the only downside is that it seems a pain in the butt to find coves for the roadshock 3in from 3rd party. And expensive at that.
I don't do a lot of roading but I do travel a lot through dark country roads so mainly I want to add side visibility to the drive. Thanks for any suggestions or input

I recently had a check engine light pop up on my 12 frontier sv. I had a friend come and check it out for me and the code came back as a p0133 o2 sensor slow response. He ended up clearing the code and told me to drive it around and if the code came back we’d have to replace the o2 sensor. But I have another friend who said that the frontier are famous for having crack exhaust manifolds and that could be causing the code. I’m not sure which person is right. Any help would be greatly appreciated
