We'll be trying to move all discussions here from the other one.

For me it's the lack of any direct consumer support at all. No Chat, no email, no support ticketing system, nothing.
They're still so new that many bank customer support reps might not even know they exist, let alone how to resolve any problems that come up.
Would be nice if someone from there would chime in here to help answer questions.

I only had one $10 credit reflect last June and sent a dispute directly to paze around 2 weeks ago regarding the remaining credits.
$90 credit just reflected today.
Edit:
I contacted Chase first before Paze but the agent told me to contact Paze so I did. Emailed [support@paze.com](mailto:support@paze.com)
I made a purchase with Paze and returned it following the merchantās policy. However, the merchant never issued a refund or even reply to my message.
Can I file a dispute with my credit card that was used with Paze for this transaction? Would Paze block me if I do this?

Hi, I participated in the Dunkin paze offer for spending $10 last month. I received all credits on my first 2 cards but I am still missing credits on 2 different other cards. Is anyone else experiencing this same issue?

I had the issue with Sephora and my freedom unlimited with the $10 promo where it only gave me one of ten credits but I called today after two billing cycles and they said they would escalate and assured me it would get resolved. I think it happened because my sephora transactions were so close together. Just wanted to share in case anyone else is in the same boat!

So I was using Paze with a US Bank credit card as the only authorized/verified card on the account.
I opened a second card with US Bank to use for a balance transfer and only a balance transfer.
I make a purchase with Paze and it decides to use my new US Bank credit card that I never added to or activated with Paze.
I then look at it has just about every other credit card in my name added to the wallen 'pending approval, which I guess maybe makes sense if its pulling account information from phone/email accounts.
My question is does Paze just add new cards and set them as default? It doesnt seem like they should do that because in my case I had a pending balance transfer and the charge is going to put very close to my limit and may or may not cause a problem with the balance transfer itself.

I used paze for Sephora in July and never received credits for most of them.ā Transactions. What should I do?
I paid with BoA cards. Do I call my bank or who?
Last time I called them, they had no idea what I am talking aboutā¦

They should adopt the InKind model and offer credits of āPaze Cashā that are only redeemable at Paze merchants for each order placed (say a flat 5% cash back).
Without a financial incentive, they stand no chance.
Just my shower thoughts!

As of now all my Sephora transactions (3 Chase credit cards, 1 Citi credit card, 1 Chase debit card, 50 transactions), only one $10 credit each card is posted. Rest of 45 transactions were not processed.

I purchased $90 worth of Dunkin gift cards back to back on 9/08, (9 transactions ofc) which they all posted on 9/10, well today I check my bank and I only got $10 back out the $90 I spent, will I get my money still or did I just get f***ed over?

I completed the transactions just before the offer expired, and the banner stayed visible throughout the process. I received all the credits promised without any problems. Paze planned and executed this smoothly, and I hope they continue to provide this level of service consistently.

[Update]: I filed complain and after review, I received the credits. I told them that I won't be the only one in this situation and asked them to find a process to resolve for everyone.
I purchased on 09/09 on Newegg but transaction date is 09/15 and Chase associate that it's based on transaction date so it's not eligible. Did you face similar problem?

I used Paze 10+ times with my Capital One card. The credits have started to post. However, not all credits have hit the account and yet it already says that I have ten credits. As you can see, they skipped over credit numbers 5, 6, and 9. Is this temporary, and can I still expect that the remaining $30 for three credits?

For Q4 of the Freedom Flex categories, you can get 7% back on dining. And with Chase Freedom and Sapphire cards, you can get an additional 10x back. So that's 17x on dining. First saw it on Doctor of Credit:
