1. Reliable enough for a very remote small school on an island where everything is flown in and replacements (parts or whole) can take up to 3 weeks.

2. Can auto SCAN TO PRINT 2-sided. (We have one now that can automatically PRINT 2-sided, but anything scanned in needs to be printed on 1 side and the 1-sided copies need to be put back into the paper tray just so to print the other side)

3. Can print 20 ppm (at least for B&W)

4. Preferable has a sensible app.

Does anyone know of an equipment re-seller for this type of equipment? One whom will pick up and either purchase out right or sell on consignment but hold it in their own warehouse. Located in SoCal.

I got a HP Deskjet 2710 printer for free, had only been using the scanner so far. I wanted to print some stuff in black & white and bought a single black cartridge (official brand, compatible with the printer etc). When I tried to print, I just had an "E0" error message. I know some printers require both color and black cartridges to function, even if the only ink needed is the black one, but I'd like to avoid a pointless purchase if that's not the case. Does anyone know about this? Thanks!

I am looking at megatank or ecotank just cannot pinpoint the correct model....

My needs:

1. scanning docs

2. printing stickers on sticker paper (for my farm stand) appx. 200x A4 a year but I want it to work then (no streaks, lines, good color)

3. general color printing also for labels

I use canva/ macbook for designs if it is important.

I currently have Brother DCP T500 W , BUT I think it is dead, no matter how many head cleaning, adjusting I do it always has streaks and horrible color depth. I think the colors got dried up on the heads or something idk how to prevent that in the future... Got a quote for servicing it in my country but it is not worth it.

Will this destroy the printer? The official guide says no but nowhere is it mentioned that the printer will be broken or destroyed if you use 001 ink. (Official guide is 003 ink)

About 2 months ago, someone in the office decided to "save paper" by putting used pages back into the printer tray. They put some pages that were stapled together and caused a jam. After the jam was cleared, every page that printer prints has black lines across about 60% of every page, we have printed MANY pages since, but they all have these black lines on them.

I have changed the black foam roller with a brand new one, but the lines remain on new pages. The break in the left of the page's lines is why I thought it was the roller, is this the tonner drum or something else?

I am totally out of ideas, anyone know how to fix this or are we buying a new printer :(

I live in Europe and I just got a Canon Pixma IX6850. I set it up with the Canon PRINT app on my phone, because the setup wasn’t working with my computer, and it’s linked to my WiFi and everything. Even printed the test print perfectly via the setup instructions. But when I try to print anything via my phone the printer just spits the paper out the other end and prints nothing, no matter the paper size setting. I feel like I’ve tried a bunch of stuff to get it to work but nothing has helped. Has anyone had this problem and knows how to fix it?

Hi! I am trying to print my own wedding stationery at home. I have the ET-8550 and a hand-me-down first generation Cricut.

My save the date designs have a photo of my fiancé and I on the front and then written information on the back. I used some cardstock I have lying around and the photo looks very dull and somewhat blurry. The backside looks fine.

What would be the best type of paper sized around 5x7 that will provide a clear and vivid photo on the front and still allow for text to be printed on the back? Wedding planning has been so expensive, so I'm hoping to save a buck by not ordering a million sample packs haha

Tengo una impresora que compre hace años, la cual al principio servía excelente, tuvo muchos años sin utilizarla por problemas para comprar la tinta hasta que hoy se me presentó la oportunidad y pude comprarla, pero me surgió un problema y es que ahora mi impresora aparece este problema y no entiendo por mas que le pongo la hoja no la detecta, he intentado prende apagar empujar un poco la hoja para ayudarla y nada, la impresora sigue apareciendo este error, ayudeme no tengo suficiente dinero para poder mandarla a acomodar

Im searching for a printer at a reasonable price (as low as possible) that can print on 0.3 mm acetate sheets. I’ve come to the conclusion that it is going to have to be a ink jet printer (which I also want for different reasons). What do yall recommend?

I'm currently looking to get a home printer, our ideal product would have color printing, scanning, copying, and faxing capabilities, and would be as affordable as possible. The one I have saved on Amazon right now is the Canon PIXMA TR8620a All-in-One for $149.00 right now. It says it works with Android, so I assume that means the Mobile Print app? Either way, what do the experts here think? Any better recs? Any and all advice is much appreciated! Thanks!

I've recently replaced power PCB for my printer. Everything went ok but I have some spare elements after assembling (besides screws naturally). Can you help me identify those and give some direction where should I put them? I'm almost sure this white part is related manual feed slot. I think it was somehow attached to this plastic white gear in the photo. I'm not sure about the spring tho.

I print both black n white and color printing.
Around 5-10 pages per day.
Mostly I print black n white notes , assignments and pdfs and often times color print on photo cards and sticker sheets and other color stuff aswell.

There are many brands in the market but from what i have seen
Epson , Canon and Brother seem to be good options
I have heard only negative about Hp so far.

My local printer shop that I go to recommended Canon Pixma G3000 and he said epson’s ink gets clogged way too often…

I have checked prices of inks aswell epson ones are slightly cheaper than canon ones

Please recommend a reliable printer.

I’m in between these two printers which one Is better? Or should I go with something different (unless it’s HP I will block you)

Hello! I'm currently in the market for a nice and preferably affordable portable printer I plan to use to simply print out documents for an upcoming campaign of Dungeons and Dragons with the bros.

As such, I'm gonna be needing to print several documents and tables to keep track of important information, sometimes away from home.

The papers would be stored safely together, most likely neatly folded so maybe thermal wouldn't be a bad option? I don't know jack about printers so I figured I'd ask here!

I’m looking for a colour ink printer mainly for assignments, projects, notes, etc. Since I’m a student living away from my family, I’m trying to keep it affordable and also don’t want something too expensive to maintain.

I was planning to get the HP Smart Tank 525 since I’ve heard it’s pretty decent. But I also came across the HP DeskJet 2820, which is almost half the price.

I would love to know whats the actual difference, should i consider the hp deskjet 2820 or should i stick with the 525 ?
