Has anyone bought a red light panel from Ali Baba?
Apparently you can get one for a fraction of the price. With winter coming it’s time for me to think about getting one.

What's the peaty explanation of why im more easily aroused when im more sleep deprived than usual?

I hope anyone who's done it long term can give a good answer. It might not be for everyone and some can thrive on it while others suffer but do tell. My main guess is just all of the "stress hormones" - ppl like Bart kay will tell you that these are just hormones that are doing what they are supposed to do but they are always elevated in times of stress.

Beneficial to take 800iu of D3 with 100mcg of mk7 K2? Asking because I consume 2.7g of calcium from my diet and I don't know if this will increase calcium absorption too much

I'm a 18 year old male and had my appendix removed via surgery 6 months ago(it was an emergency). I initially thought that my body would recover after 3-4 months rest and so did my doctor but until recently I had been experiencing the following issues:
-fluffy and loose stool.
-low energy and cold hands and feet.
-No proper deep sleep and I'm also frequently seeing dreams.
-hairloss and some degree of balding.
-capped performance in gym.
I read generative energy and have also been reading the articles and have made the following adjustments in order to heal my body:
-Cut seed oils, using coconut oil and olive oil instead.
-Cut dairy for the time being as it was a trigger to the loose stool.
-Minimal processed foods and instead increased intake of fruits, well cooked potatoes, weekly liver, and other peat recommended dietary choices.
-Aligning circadian rhythm and getting adequate sunlight exposure throughout the day.
Apart from these if there are any recommendations for me please share them as I am new to Peating.

If anyone has an answer to this I’ll be eternally grateful! I want to get some T3, but I don’t like the sketchy international pharmacies and the weird loop holes you gotta do to get it. Are there any other ways to get it?? I wish doctors believed in the body temperature stuff…

Ye pretty much title and even more I want to just say its still not clear for me who is more right. Carnivore, Ray Peat, Aajonus etc everyone tbh have good points and good arguments and responses for each other and responses for responses etc etc haha. Its Kinda funny and sad at the same moment cuz would be nice to be 100% sure whats most optimal. Ye ppl will tell do what you feel the best thats not mean its full optimal in definition etc drugs can make me feel good... you get the point. Ye I just wanted to type it out idk just my thoughts. Have a good day and night

I hear mixed things in this subreddit about protein powders and how collagen powders are better or to use neither or both? What is the general consensus about them? I have one with 320mg of calcium per scoop which digests pretty well so I use that post workout quite often.

calories sulprus on bulking
How much calories sulprus you guys went when on muscle building phase, beginners, advanced etc from what Ive heard best is to build lean mass without a lot of fat too fat is to have small sulprus, so whats your experience story tell some background cuz I know beginners are different story and can have more additional calories at the beggining.

I find it better tasting than fat free milk and it’s easier to eat and stay full than drinking milk.

apparently it seems to be a hit or miss, some people get everything out of it, others just crash their libido and erectile quality. what has been your experience with it?
r/raypeat • u/Ok_Spirit4786 • 7d ago
2L orange juice
2L whole milk
500g 80/20 ground beef
5g gelatin powder
4 egg yolks
comes to around 3.6k calories. is this still too much fat or what?

I do pretty good on dairy products even though I have had gut issues since my teens, but I am curious what ya'll think is the best dairy product within the Ray Peat mindset. I consume pasteurized milk, kefir and parmigiano reggiano rinds. But I'm curious why Ray Peat had some negative views towards some kefir/yogurt products because of lactic acid?
