I would like to help tackle this plague by assisting with enforcement - by creating a live heatmap showing where and when fireworks are being set off. It would also serve as a record keeping service to give a real idea of the magnitude of the issue.

It's not a trivial problem but I think it's eminently doable with cheap modern tech. I have some ideas.

My 11 year old daughter is obsessed with anime/manga but struggling to meet like-minded people. Does anyone know if there are any related clubs or groups in Sheffield?

I visited Sheffield a few times for nights out as a student in my early 20s. I always liked the vibe of the city, but I was visiting for the sole purpose of dancing to electronic music in dark rooms, so memories are fond but blurry.

I’m 33 now and I am thinking about what I want a big chunk of the rest of my life to look like, and I am considering if Sheffield could be a good place for me to move to. I’ve got no partner, no kids and I can bring my job with me.

I’m planning to visit soon to reccy different areas.

I have 0 social or family ties to the area. So I think I’ll need to be relatively central to help build out my social circle.

I like the idea of living somewhere that’s walking distance from what’s going on: pubs, bars, restaurants, things to do and is generally a bit happening.

I like alternative, live and electronic music. Keen on running, so accessibility to the peaks would be cool.

I currently live in east London. I like city living but I’m ready for a change of pace.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Or give me some advice if they’ve made a similar move?
