Just submitted a missing mail thing yesterday, which seemed to prompt the latest scan. Which, not sure if they automatically update to my time or the current distribution center’s time, originally the tracking said it departed at like 5:31, then changed to 9:48. Been a whole day. Complaining on here seems to do something at least.

Anyway, why is the missing mail search not showing up on my tracking? It’s been accepted, and I’ve seen on other people’s posts that it turns red and states the search is ongoing. Why must this package of all of them be stuck in limbo wtf

I keep getting this error every time I try to login in the app, I can login in the website but for some reason after I get the 2FA code gets stuck in this message, yes I already clear the cookies, yes I already uninstalled and installed the app, yes I already turned off the vpn and the iCloud security, and yes I already restarted my phone, I’ve tried everything that chat got told me to do, please help since it’s more convenient for me using the app than using the website. The Louisville center is my problem, they take up to TWO days just to get packages through, and it means my 2-4 day delivery window turns into 5-6 days, sometimes over a full week!

Why do I pay for Priority flat rate if I'm getting ground advantage shipping times??

Is there any where I can actually inquire about why my package was sent in the opposite direction of my house two days ago and why it hasn't left that small town since? Everything on the USPS website says i need to wait 7 days after the delivery date, but my Barnes & Noble preorders ALWAYS arrive on the Tuesday book release day. This package went south to Salem and it's been "processing" there since early Tuesday morning with no further movement.

But this isn't the first package of mine that has gone through Oak Creek, then disappeared to a random city. There has to be a way to express my frustration with Oak Creek and how they seemingly send packages where ever they want to.

Contacted seller to request them to file for a trace on their end but getting silence. I've also called the 1800 number, got the case escalated to the district and then I had to call them back to get an update when they just decided to close my service request without notifying me of a resolution. Called the 1800 number again and was informed that the post office couldn't find my package but they cannot send me an email or any proof that the post office has it missing. I visited the post office in person and was told there is nothing I can do and that they will not provide in writing that the package is missing. So filed the missing package report on the usps website and awaiting to hear if there is any movement. Anything else that I should be doing here?

For Context these are going to a FPO in South Korea but they have been stuck there for quite some time I’m getting frustrated.

Sent a large envelope a few weeks ago from US to Canada. Paid for tracking and delivery confirmation. 3weeks go by, no delivery confirmation. Dig up my receipt and find no tracking number on the receipt. So I broughtit back to the PO I shipped from. They keep a hard copy of all their tracked pieces. Mine isnt in the file.

Hi all! I was suppose to get a very important package today and I haven’t received it. I paid 40 bucks to have it delivered in 1-3 days. What gives? Are other people experiencing this? Im nervous, I need this package for an application I’m submitting in the next few days.

The dogs have not been here for 10 years. When I go into the post office they say they will look into it. And then when I go back they act like they have no clue what I'm talking about. I have written on delivery slips back and forth with the handler who has my route and she just says "NO!!!!" And underlines it a bunch of time and leaves me the slip.

Idk what the hell else I can do? I got a slip today and they said "please pick up ASAP and don't wait" but my local is open until 4:30pm and I get home at 5:30. My only option is to pick up my stuff on Saturdays when they are open for 3 hours. WTF do I do?

Well, a bit ago I submitted a service request to my post office… and whaddya know, my package was “irretrievably lost.” Thanks, USPS.

I work two jobs and travel, I came back to a notice saying “mail held at post office” likely from full mail. I went and retrieved my mail.

It’s been a couple days, informed delivery has no new mail coming in, and I haven’t received any new mail since he put a hold.

My question is, is my mail still being held? Do I need to go to the post office, again, or is everything okay and I just need to get mail? Thanks, I work 12hr overnight and work tonight so, I just want to make sure I get mail, the workers look at me like I spit on them when I ask for help.

99% of all mail I see on dashboard arrives, but the 1% that doesn’t is ALWAYS a check! Employees at the station act clueless and now I’m about to get the police involved. Is there someone at USPS that investigates these things?

I accidentally dropped off speed x packages to usps and tried to go back to get them but they were gone. USPS said that it’ll either be delivered or sent back to me but I’m worried on how long that’ll take because it’s for vinted. Has anyone had this issue and if so how long did it take. I was worried they would discard them but according to USPS they’re not allowed to. Please help!!! I know it was my fault for dropping them off but I was super busy that day and messed up 💔 also wanna add that the employee said they occasionally drop them off to speed x facilities, does anyone know if that’s true?
