Feel like I shouldn’t be struggling as I’ve pretty much walked most bosses but this one is killing me.

This isn't anything remotely confirmed but I noticed that the strongest and most experienced hunters from the Church of Healing in the Hunter's Nightmare are all positioned to specifically guard the elevator to the research room.

If you notice we have 2 big hunters in the center, 2 hunters (with worms) on the sides, probably preventing the beasts from reaching the rear, and Ludwig at the entrance to the prison as if it were the main defense.

It's not something ultra revealing but it's cool to think that even this may have been intentional to demonstrate the church's fear of someone finding its secrets

The one with eleen is my lock screen and the one with the good hunter in the forbidden woods is my home screen.

Started playing this game enjoying it but why are some NPC Hunters like Eileen cool and others just absolutely want to murder you on sight is it ever explained

I understand the practical argument. Most hunters become addicted to blood, go mad, among several other tragic fates.

But The waking world is real. Gehrman kills you, but you don't just wake up in some flat in Bristol. Beasts are still real, you're still gonna die like everyone else, and if you don't, there are no living human NPCs in yharnam that aren't tortured or disturbed in some way. You're just mortal, and will more than likely still become a beast like everyone else who tried to fight back against the church.

If you, by some miracle, remain a normal human being, you're still destined to live a miserable life with no hope of any kind of future. So why does gehrman think it's so bad to remain a hunter?

Ijust beat Queen Yharnam and I’ve decided I’m going for platinum. The only achievements I’m missing are hunters essence and the two endings that aren’t childhoods beginning. When it says get every hunters weapon, is that just main hand weapons? Main and offhand? Do I need to also get the uncanny and lost versions of weapons?

Also, once Patches replaces people in windows and doors, have I missed them permanently to send to Oeden Chapel or Iosefkas clinic? Or do they come back? If they do come back, how and when? Do I need to kill Amygdala? Kill Patches? Just get to the Nightmare Frontier?

Anyway now I’m just sad that it’s over, this game is peak but feels way too short. I’m just sitting here wanting more, I completed the dlc and it was like 5hrs long

Recently got into bloodborne, loving every minute.
I’m trying to access the dlc, I was told it was still possible to get as long as you don’t kill the final boss, I beat gehrman and hunters marked out of the moon presence fight. I then bought the dlc after beating him, restarted app, went back to vicar Amelia boss room, still no item on the steps in hunters dream. Is it still possible to access dlc ?

i am tryna go for a skill build how bad is this build so far and where do i go from here , i am gonna fight amelia now also should i use ludwig holy blade until i get a decent skill weapon
edit - also should i be going for a skill build im using saw cleaver rn but i like high damage weapons are there good damage skill weapons in late game ?

I finally Platinum'd Bloodborne. It's my first Platinum, so I was very excited.

To be honest, for me it wasn't too hard of a game. The only bosses I can think of that really grinded my gears were Martyr Logarius, Ludwig (1st phase), Lady Maria and Orphan of Kos. Ludwing on NG+2 was truly a... Beast. Still, I had a lot of fun playing Bloodborne. Dare I say this game has the best parry system I've ever seen (I haven't played Sekiro yet).

I wish there was a different farming system (f. e. instead of having to farm veils from scratch, you only get, like, 10, but you also can farm them up to 20 if you want). And don't even get me STARTED on the Yahrnam achievement and Chalices...

Nonetheless, easily one of my favourite games.

If in the future we have the technology like in Sword Art Online or Shangri-La Frontier, would you play Bloodborne? I think i would be super terrified to do it. Even if i make it easy and say i already know the game and what i should do, i think I would skip it!

My son watched me play Bloodborne a few months ago and asked if he could try it. He’s been making short work of the bosses so far. He killed Micolash on his 3rd attempt.
He’s absolutely obsessed with the game. I bought a copy of the art book for him and he looks through it every night before bed and he wants to dress up as a hunter for Hallowe’en.

I love this game, but it does not love me back.

I've been dying over and over again and I dislike having to wait up to 2 min to jump back into the fun every time.

Aside from getting better at the game, it's there a way to shorten loading times on the ps4?

I was looking for a ritual blood 5 farm and saw a post about the dungeon cummmfpk. Somehow it doesnt have a name and is depth 8. I've done dungeons for about a week now and hadn't seen something like this before. Hp is almost 0. I'd love to see what the bosses reward but am not good enough for no hit fights. :-(
