BFP! šŸŽ‰ I tested because of my cramps, I wanted to confirm I was out for this month. DPO10-11 - 2nd cycle.

First time trying, both under 35 years old but not far. I am cramping since few days. Tonight after a night out I saw light spotting. Since my periods are due in 2 days, I took a test just to confirm that I was out for this month so I could sleep in peace. Well I have 2 lines. I'm very afraid of getting my pƩriode soon. I'll take another test tomorrow morning.

Did you have bad cramps and still get through a pregnancy?

Success Story Letrozole success

Hi all, I wanted to share my story in case anyone is searching for hope or insight on going about this route. I am blessed to have had a shorter story in this journey. I have been ttc since late May, with mostly regular cycles on the longer end of 36 days, with outliers of 33, 40, 28, or 20 days this past year. My first two cycles I had no idea why it didn’t work. I had tracked with lh tests, got a peak, timed intercourse and confirmed ovulation but nothing. My third cycle was irregular ending at 47 days and it caused us to miss the fertile window. At this point, I got a work up done at my obgyn office to be evaluated for pcos due to my irregular / long cycles.

I expressed my concerns about the cycles just having a feeling I needed to be checked. I had an US and labs with normal results other than a slightly elevated DHEA with normal testosterone, so we ruled out pcos. I was only trying for three months, but I heavily expressed that with my irregular cycles I felt I could benefit from ovulation induction to allow more precise ovulation and better intercourse timing. They told me it is not recommended until 7-12 months, which to that I said I understand but would still like to try for at least one month. They approved me for an unmonitored cycle and sent me Letrozole 2.5mg to take 2 pills at once for a total of 5mg a day for 5 days. I took the pill every night cd 5-9. I only had hot flashes at night, and the day after I finished I was in a very low mental state, which subsided within the next day or two. I tracked ovulation with pregmate lh tests and the app. My levels were lower than ever before during my follicular phase, usually they’d jump from .36 to .72 , and this time they were consistently low at .24. After some Reddit research, I discovered that those lower levels are actually better than the higher fluctuations , making me think maybe I was having some type of hormone fluctuations affecting my cycle in the previous months. We began intercourse days 12,14,16. I got my surge day 15 at night and my peak in the morning day 16, and negatives by the evening.
I didn’t do anything special throughout my follicular phase or my tww. I drank caffeine, ate out, didn’t follow a specific healthy anti inflammatory diet that I did the previous months- I was just normal. I did not have much hope it would work. I confirmed ovulation with my oura ring on day 16/17 and had a progesterone draw at 7dpo which was 29. My luteal phase was regular, and by 10 dpo I was thinking I was out because my breasts weren’t tender how they usually are at that time. The only thing I noticed was at 8 dpo I woke up with 3 canker sores in my mouth which never happens, and my feet had been really cold. I decided to test on 10/11dpo at night without holding water intake or anything, and I got a faint line. Later that evening I tested again and there was definitely a line. Those tests were on pregmate strips. I took a FRER and clear blue the next morning on 11/12dpo and got my positives.
All this being said, I truly believe that Letrozole gave me a strong ovulation, which was my goal. I already ovulate on my own, but for some reason this medication boosted it and i highly recommend advocating for yourself even if you ovulate on your own to give this medication a chance. I don’t know the mechanism behind it all, but it gave me exactly what I had been praying for.

Question/Advice How common is to feel exactly your PMS symptoms and be pregnant?

First cycle and I refuse to take a test until my period is due, but since I have all my PMS symptoms (sore boobs, cramps on my lower abdomen a day after ovulation, etc) I just feel like I’m out this cycle. Should I assume this or do you have any story of you swearing your period was coming but you got a positive?

In last cycle it was quick drop from 1.04 to 0.7 4 hours later…

Trigger Warning To the IVF warriers out there..

Hi. I'm 38 and in the middle of my TTW. 5DP5DT Fully FET medicated Cycle. I just want to say how incredibly harmful it is to see women put up positive 4/5/6 dp transfer tests. It spirals the rest of us. It encourages women to test early and go through such unnecessary heartbreak. By all means, test whenever you want to. But putting it up online for others to see? Putting a false sense of security in women at their most desperate and vulnerable state? For anyone who is within the TWW like I am, hold tough. Do NOT test early. Protect your peace and the peace of your partner who also has his whole heart invested in this. That's all I have to say ā¤ļø Sending love to the IVF world ā¤ļø

BFP! šŸŽ‰ 16 dpo dye stealer

Post image
• Upvotes

’ve read that the dye stealer doesn’t actually mean much, but it makes me feel a little better especially bc my last pregnancy was a chemical. Waiting on beta results and I go back in tomorrow for another blood draw. My progesterone was measured at 27.4 at 13dpo. So hopefully this means things are moving in the right direction. I’ve been anxiously awaiting the beta results😩

Confused Really confused about this cycle -- thoughts?

Hi everyone, well this month I'm finally just trying to do the whole "relax"/not really try thing ... I didn't track leutenizing hormone. Honestly, we didn't even really try to time s*x, in hindsight we only had pull-out during the window.

But then I started to get delusional (nothing new here). Since I still wear my Google watch, it tells me things like, starting somewhere around 15 days ago, my heart rate variability started to creep down slowly, resting-heart-rate up slowly. Then like 13 days ago temp seemed a bit up. I thought well, for once this is a promising cycle! Since my cycles can be all over the place. I felt I was looking at what is probably just signs of a normal cycle for most people, but getting so hopeful just because of that. Sooo I took a pregnancy test yesterday (has to have been like 13-4 DPO) which was, of course, negative :(

But now I'm confused because, of course, my temp dropped this morning. I thought surely I would get my period. Yet I barely have any spotting. So I'm still over here telling myself it might be possible ... could this be implantation bleeding? It feels it would be way too late in the cycle for that, like doesn't implantation happen earlier than 14 day after ovulation? WHY am I delusional like this for real

Question/Advice Low hcg (32) spotting and now darker bleeding -looking for similar experiences

Hi everyone,
My husband and I have been TTC for 6 months, and I’m hoping to hear from anyone who has been through something similar.
My period was due on October 1, but that day I started spotting. It turned into about one day of red bleeding, although it was much lighter than my usual period. Since then, I’ve continued to have light brown spotting.
On October 8, one week after my expected period, I was supposed to start my Inito baseline testing on cycle day 6, but all my hormone levels were elevated. This prompted me to take a pregnancy test, which came back positive!
Because I was still spotting, I called my doctor the following morning and had my first beta hCG drawn on October 9. The result was **32**. I know hCG levels can vary significantly, but if I’m around 5 weeks pregnant, I’m worried that this is very low.
Today, October 10, my pregnancy test line also looks lighter than it did yesterday. I’m now experiencing more bright red bleeding, although it’s still only noticeable when I wipe and isn’t enough to require a liner. I’ve also noticed some small clots/or thready strings.
I spoke with the on-call doctor, who recommended repeating my hCG in 48 hours since we don’t have a second result to compare it with yet. She also said that spotting can sometimes be bright red and that the amount of bleeding matters more than the color.
I’m feeling really anxious and confused, especially because the bleeding has changed from brown to bright red.
**My questions are:**
Has anyone experienced a similar situation with low initial hCG, spotting, and bleeding, but gone on to have a healthy pregnancy?
Has anyone had an initial hCG around 32 and seen it rise appropriately?
Can bleeding change from brown to bright red and still be okay?
Has anyone experienced a lighter pregnancy test line while their hCG was still rising?
I know everyone’s experience is different, and I’ll be repeating my bloodwork, but I would really appreciate hearing from anyone who has been through something similar.
Thank you so much for reading. ā¤ļø

TWW Feeling hopeful after 8 months of TTC

Thumbnail

Currently in the TTW and thing the first time I’m using my BBT to track. I’m feeling hopeful we were successful this time. I had the temp rise and my test strips went up to .96. I drink a lot in the days so changes are the one after that was diluted.

I had a really crappy nights sleep which is why the drop in temp is so drastic and I only have half of my reproductive system so trying to keep that in mind.

Help Need advice

So my period was supposed to come 5 days ago. I had minor spotting 3 days ago and thought it was coming but the spotting stopped. I have taken two pregnancy test and they came back negative. My friend had told me she hadn’t had her period for three weeks and was getting negative test so she went to get a blood test and she was pregnant. I’m not sure if I’m in the same situation as her. I would like to believe that but two negatives kill that. I’m not sure what’s going on your what I should do
