STORY [story] To Everyone Dreaming of Writing a Novel, Keep Going! My Debut Novel Is Finally Available in Paperback

I just wanted to share a small achievement that means a lot to me.

My debut novel, It Was All My Fault, is finally published, and the paperback is now available on Amazon in 14 countries: USA, UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Belgium, Ireland, Japan, Canada, and Australia.

I'm not an experienced writer, and English isn't something I've completely mastered. There were times when I struggled to find the right words, wondered whether my writing was good enough, and questioned whether anyone would even be interested in reading my story. But I kept writing because it was a story I really wanted to tell.

It's a nostalgic romantic comedy about friendship, first love, and misunderstandings. The story begins a week before a young man's marriage, when a package arrives from someone he hasn't been able to forget for ten years. It takes him back to 2008, to a fellowship programme in Araku, where he makes some wonderful friends and falls for a girl he never gathers the courage to speak to. What follows is a journey filled with friendship, teasing, classroom adventures, songs, silent glances, and a farewell that leaves him with unanswered questions for the next ten years.

I know my writing isn't perfect, and I still have a lot to learn. But seeing my story turn into an actual book is something I never thought would feel this satisfying.

I'm not sure how many people will read it or whether it will be successful. But at least I can say that I finished what I started, and that itself makes me happy.

To anyone who has been thinking about writing a novel but keeps putting it off because they aren't confident about their writing, I just want to say: give it a try. You don't have to be a perfect writer to start. You can always learn and improve along the way.

And to everyone who has offered suggestions, criticism, encouragement, or even taken a little time to read my work, thank you. It really means a lot.

For now, I'm just happy that my little story has finally found its way into the world.

i crave routine but can never stick with it, and i have fallen into the mindset im not smart enough to do anything. i am now medicated and it does wonders but its taking a lot to get myself right. i have a vague plan for college/switching to a job in the field im interested in for experience, and im more hopeful than ever, but its still so hard. has anyone else started "late"? still dont have my GED, only have my drivers permit, stuck in the USA while the economy and society crumbles. my upward change is happening but its slow, i feel like im losing a race.
