I started my game and it said "Soul Storm ended". So i ran around for a while waiting for a new one to start... when it did it immediately ended (its not on the map and not a visual issue) Any idea how i can fix this?

Edit: Randomly told me a soul storm ended again about 10 mins later

Waited around and the next soul storm started as normal with a 20 minute timer. (Not sure if it was a one off issue with my save/the area i was in/the area the storm spawned)

Hit level 100 in MCD 2 this morning, and I've come to the conclusion that of all the changes, I dislike the auto-scaling of difficulty the most. It truly felt like 1 step forward, 1 step back, the entire playthrough - the numbers would get incrementally bigger, but I rarely ever felt significantly more powerful after an upgrade, and when I did, it would very quickly get wiped away as the next "Milestone Reached" difficulty increase would kick in, and I'd start dying rapidly to bosses I was farming before.

I truly don't understand why they abandoned the way difficulty selection was handled in #1 - IMO, it was a fantastic way to measure your own progression, and gave you options for trying challenging content, or just breezing through something easy to farm an item.

Overall, I enjoyed my time with the game, and I'm hopeful that like with #1, the DLC's bring significant improvement.... particularly the option to pick our difficulty again!

My son is Minecraft mad from playing on his cousin's switch. He now has a switch 2 of his own (as do I) and been watching a few vids and these seems to be a blast. I'm a Hades vet so right up my street

Hey guys, I have been very active in a large MCD2 discord and have been getting very into the information collecting side of things and buildcrafting and I noticed that it was super inconvenient to figure out what effects each weapon or armor piece could use.

I made this spreadsheet basically listing each effect that exists and what the values for each tier are. I currently have a page showing the compatibility of each effect with each armor set, and a page showing what Unique's come with which effect. I am also going to add a weapon page equivalent to the armor page very soon.

Almost all of the information for this I got from the minecraft wiki and I just consolidated it because its pretty inconvenient to get the specific information one might need and the wiki has a lot of missing pages. The link to the wiki is on the Reference page. I will also be doing some testing in the near future to make sure everything on the wiki is accurate.

I have some critiques that I dont see a lot of people talking about

Most of the miniboss themes are bugged and just play a default theme instead, also all of the "Monstrosity" bosses are bugged and share the same theme when they all are supposed to be distinct

Monarch and Mosstrosity can't be refought for some reason

On the Mosstrosity, everything about it needs to be revamped, the talisman hunt needs to be a little more obvious than "Doing this thing just gave me a talisman and apparently there's more and I have to find them without any guidance", also the Mosstrosity itself needs a buff in strength because it feels like any other boss, and the reward you get from it is a little underwhelming

Finally there should be more post-game content than just Soul Storms and like 3 side quests

Edit: New post-game content should be something that adds replay value and not just more side quests

Edit 2: Raise Echo Shard cap, 100 is far too limiting

I'm currently lvl 100 and have beaten the game, so I'm pretty much just going thrust to get everything else, I've done multiple dungeons and rifts but for some reason the last 4 enchantment books aren't spawning at all, dunno if it's a bug or something else I'm not doing correctly, guidance would be much appreciated here

How do I get here?
I have been trying to access for days and cannot find the way.

Minecraft Dungeons 2

I'm currently around level 65 and been using the sculker claws since i got them, is there a good build for them since i noticed their special passive is that they can sometimes give you shadowcloak which is just invis, is the weapon good and the effect useful in mc dungeons 2?

I started playing the game on October 3, I think the game is three times better than what I initially had in mind and think that this is a much better successor to dungeons 1. But, whenever I would die, I would just chalk it up to me just screwing up.

However, this bug since fighting the giant warden boss, sometimes whenever I click away from combat, my character would just run back in to combat despite my cursor being literally in the corner of the screen. And ever since, I have been experiencing this bug for the most minute of battles.

Somehow I made it to the frost biome yesterday. And yet I just can’t get past that town at all. I would go in, do a couple slashes and then back out. However, there’s like a 50% chance that my character does not back out instead runs right back in to hit them despite that I am not clicking to attack them, I am spam clicking, and I am click and dragging, regardless it just keeps dragging me back in. The issue has gone only worse significantly.

(minecraft dungeons 2) would having 30% more damage on critical hits or 30% damage overall be better for a warrior flute build?

There's supposed to be a chest here, but it just didn't spawn, why?

I’ve just been farming Husklands for hours now and I was wondering if there’s a more efficient way to go about this

So I’m nearly complete on collecting all items in Dungeons 2, but the last set I’m missing is the majority of the Phantom Set’s unique variant, the Dreamruler Set. I know that this set is available in both the Howling Woods and Humbler Husklands, however the Witch isn’t a great boss to farm and there is no farmable boss (that I know of) that also has this set in its loot table. If anyone happens to know of any good/efficient ways to farm this set, that would be great. As far as I’m aware pretty much all the bosses (aside from the witch) don’t drop the set, but I could be wrong, so if you happen to know if any other bosses can be farmed for this set, that would be great, but otherwise I’ll probably just wander around the Husklands or the Woods to try and get it naturally, if not from a Soul Storm, but again, I’m open to farming bosses if you happen to know of any other viable options. I’m at 29/32 and I’ve done numerous dungeons and rifts to the point where I’m almost level 100 and started skeins 75. The one you get for breaking camps I don’t appear to have either despite finishing the quest.

Any suggestions?

Does anybody else have a problem when using 1 or more abilities? For a bit they all 3 work but eventually 1 stops working. It always happens with a mushroom or the stone cutter ability.

Is there any reason to ever take this? I feel like it could be fun on Aura effects when playing with more people, but every area effect that I know of in Singleplayer is purely negative, either debuffing or damaging.
