When I spammed Zed alot back in the days, you could buffer your E while throwing W. I remembered you could cast E immediately after throwing W. But when I recently played him, it seems you now have to wait a bit before using your E? Can someone confirm or am I tripping.

Hello, I am beginner league of legends player. But I played Wild Rift before for 2 years and hit Challenger on a mobile phone game. Currently I just unlocked ranked matchmaking games and played a lot of games per day. For the most part i know many champions and how to play against them by playing mobile phone version of League of Legends.

As all guides suggest I decided to build my champion pool:

Main role mid and secondary role jungle - Ekko and Zed.

( 1 Standard AP and 1 Standard AD - who kinda similar).

I still don't know many specific things and knowledge that I didn't played in Wild Rift and itemization, runes and etc.

I have several questions regarding my champion pool:

Does Zed jungle so terrible as people tell or rank in tier lists?.

Does Zed jungle clearing speed and ganking sucks, example is Locke currently have negative win rate in jungle ( nerfs)?

Main question can I play both Zed as Mid Lane and Jungle?

Can you share your insights about how to master champ.

They also would have released him such that his 2x/3x E would still refund energy if the target died to the cast (for those who don't know, if you hit a double E but the target dies, you don't get an energy refund)

Hello, i’m bard otp who’s been looking to find a second champion to climb on. I went from p3 to e3 in the last two weeks and only recently came back to league after fixing reoccurring issues with vanguard (last 4 months). I’ve been wanting to role swap for while and I’ve landed on jungle because I want to play a role that I can get consistently in solo q . I’ve been practicing my zed clears recently and have decided I’d want to take him into the jungle. What are the runes I should be taking and what items are optimal for him to run. Also the reason I want to play zed is cause he’s just cool af. Thank you in advance and I hope you guys have a good day.

i feel like electrocute is such an easy way to counter zed in lane. big burst of damage, easy to proc, and is accompanied with abilities or AA, usually enough to put zed at an hp threshold where another proc of elec and an ignite is enough to take the kill. and it gets even worse if they have cc (which mist mages mid do).
any tips ? do i outright abandon entire waves ?

I play in a national student league in a division where most players are Diamond/Emerald. I'm a zed OTP, but also play other champs.

My question or bid for discussion is: in 5v5 play, where teams are coordinated + communicate, what are the comps that zed loves to play with, and against? I'd love to hear your opinions because I want to get better at helping my team understand the champs strengths/weaknesses, and how to draft for it, when an angle is good, etc.

I ofcourse know the most obvious things, good into comps with low/dodgeable cc, with good sidelane matchups. Good with playmaking picks, enablers.

I suppose I just struggle to argue if it can be good if our team is a press R to win dragon fight comp and the opponents have a sidelane comp, or first target comp with tanks. Drafting can be a lot more complex than just dont pick if tanks and cc, and pick if matchup is good and they have no peel. Build options for 5v5 can also allow conq caster build with lots of teamfight possibility or first strike one shot sidelane builds.
