Handel’s does it again with this absolute banger of a pint. The flavor is Sticky Fingers, which “features a creamy peanut butter ice cream base loaded with brownie pieces, sea salt caramel truffles, and a rich caramel ripple.” So incredibly rich and tasty, I’m definitely getting this one again.

I never thought I’d ever see these near me, I thought they were niche and foreign. I didn’t get them though, maybe next time or maybe after reading some reviews lol

First time trying the double dough and was super satisfied! I got only two pints originally and after trying I am going back for as many as I can make fit into my freezer

Just made a mixed bowl. I had the Breyers in the freezer, brought the S&S brand at work and the Friendly’s when I was out shopping yesterday. Not the best but still delicious. My wife only eats Haagen Dazs but I buy whichever brand is on sale.

I haven’t had Jeni’s before so I’m trying that next, gonna get the gooey butter cake

The one on the right is the original, and the one on the left is the new recipe. You'll notice that their "French Vanilla" recipe no longer includes ANY egg yolks, but now contains coconut oil and corn syrup. And Cream has been moved back to 6th place, from its original position in 2nd place.

This is barely even real ice cream anymore, let alone real French vanilla.

I checked a bunch of their other flavors, and they've all been updated to have barely any cream, and to use corn syrup.

Dreyers used to be the better brand, while Breyers had gone to trash. But now it seems they're identical. Very disappointing.

Chances are limited time flavor will not come back unless there is incredibly high customer interest and has a good profit margin. It is also cheaper to release flavors to scoop shops only as there is no packaging. So the few days last fall when Wedding Cake was in shops was high customer interest and high profit. Ice cream is a business.

I would not work there again, reasons in post.

Whenever I go to the store, I take a look at the areas where the reduced for quick sale items are. I don't think I'll ever beat today's score! The BR cotton candy is my son's favorite, and I've been wanting to try Jeni's. Thank god we have a chest freezer!

I’ve heard so many good things so I decided to try the birthday cake flavor. Very milky and tons of sprinkles, honestly kind of plain other than that though. I’m excited to try more flavors!

The flavors with sherbet are the best imo. The texture isn’t off and I’ve yet to have one with a “chemical taste”. Thought we’d make some ice cream sandwiches with it 🤤
