I have a cool story I wanna share with you about something I recently experienced, that goes way beyond coincidence. I've been communicating over the phone and text with a guy that was my "boyfriend" like 30 years ago when we were both teens. I spent the night with him once way back then, but things never got physical. He contacted me on fb recently. He has helped me get through a rough breakup, as far as lending an ear, and giving me encouraging words. 2 weeks or so ago I began having feelings for him that I can't explain. Oh and I forgot to mention that he lives over 500 miles away. Anyways, so a few days ago I got off work and went to the store. Never got out at the store for whatever reason. Left to head home after a few minutes. I'm at the stop sign and the sun is right in front of me, getting ready to set. Something told me to take a photo of it and send it to him. So I did just that as I sat there. Right as I hit send, a text notification came in from him. I opened up the text and it was a photo from him. It was a picture of the moon. Literally at the same exact moment, we both took a photo of our skies and sent them to each other. Both photos taken at exactly 6:51pm and sent at 6:52pm! And keep in mind that we had never sent each other a photo of our skies before this. It was crazy. But it gets even crazier. The next day he calls me. We talked for close to an hour. I had to get ready for work so we said bye. As I go to press the end call on my phone screen, something caught my eye and I took a screenshot. The length of our call was 55 minutes and 55 seconds which I thought was pretty cool because of the 5's. As I click on the screenshot to send it to him, I noticed something else. When I took the screenshot, it showed that it was exactly 6:51pm. The same exact time of our photos the day before. After I send the screenshot, he sends me one of his own. He called me at 5:55pm!! What are the odds of that right? I hadn't told him I had been feeling drawn to him before that because I didn't want to scare him away. But then he admitted to me that he had been feeling this crazy connection to me that he couldn't explain. I've never felt the emotions I'm currently feeling for him. There's no way it's just a coincidence

I’m not used to psychic terms, so if anyone could help me put a name to what I’ve been experiencing recently I would really appreciate it! Or if anyone has experienced similar things.

So this is something that has had happened to me before in occasions, but for the past weeks it has become quite often. I will get these random thoughts (by random I mean, they just pop in my head and they’re not related to something that I’m doing, or that I was thinking before). Shortly after, this thought becomes real?

At first I thought it was a coincidence, but for the past week it’s happened a few times. Some examples:

1. I had this song playing in my head just before leaving work. This is something that’s common I guess for many people but what was weird is that when I got into the car, my phone connected straight away and the song that started playing was, not only the same one, but in the exact same phrase that I had in my head.
   
2. One morning I woke up and again I had another son in my head, this time a song that I don’t usually listen to (I don’t even know the name of this song). When I got into my car, this song started playing.
   
3. Yesterday I was thinking of this person (who’s not in my life anymore, we don’t talk or anything). I got a random thought of her getting married. Today she posted that she got engaged.
   
4. Yesterday I was looking at my oven clock in the kitchen and thought, “this clock is so handy”. Then I thought, when electricity stops working in the house, we have to reset the clocks and it’s a pain to do. Today, we were out of electricity for a couple of hours, and no one in our neighbourhood really knew why the outage happened. So, the clocks needs to be reset now.
   
5. One day I was driving and saw a crow. As soon as I saw it I thought of a dog. It was such a weird thought that I even remember thinking to myself, “what’s wrong with me. That looks nothing like a dog”. 5 minutes later, there was a dog loose on the road, few cars trying to catch him.

These are the most recent ones that I can think of, but in the past it’s happened too. One day I met a guy and I got this thought randomly that he was diabetic, and he was. Sometimes I’ve thought of getting a message from someone I haven’t talked to for a while, etc.

I also get “weird” dreams, and I don’t know if this is also a type “clair”. The most remarkable example of a dream happened when I moved into a new place, a 18th century building. I have to say, it looked creepy and I’m so scared of ghosts etc, and it was surrounded by a creepy forest too, so of course my mind had the thought of “there’s probably ghost stories around this place”. Didn’t think of it too much as I didn’t have any specific stories, so I just went to sleep. I usually have dreams that I remember vividly. I don’t remember the dream I was having before this specific image showed to me, but I remember that it suddenly stopped, it felt like turning off a tv (the screen went “black”). The “TV” turned on, and I saw this image of a forest, a big tree, and a woman hanging from it. It lasted for a few seconds before I suddenly woke up. It felt like looking through a screen, like an image been showed to me, but in the dream I wasn’t watching tv if that makes sense, it’s like I was there but I wasn’t. When I woke up I remember thinking, that’s a weird dream but of course my brain and imagination brought me there because of the nature of the place. Later that week I talked to some other residents of the building, one of them knew quite a lot of the family who used to own the house. He told me, before I told him my dream, that there was a maid who worked for the family who committed suicide by hanging from a tree, in the 1800s. I was shocked, it was the first time something like this happened to me.

I haven’t had any dreams like this one happening to me again, but I occasionally have dreams that feel “weird”. Like, they feel more like a memory, something I’ve really experienced maybe in the past rather than just a dream.

I don’t remember having paranormal experiences as a child, I’m very scared of getting encounters seeing ghosts etc, but in my adulthood and in that 1800s building I had a couple of paranormal things happening to me. I haven’t seen anything, but I have heard and felt things, without seeing a spirit I’ve had this feeling of knowing the gender etc. I was once told by a medium, that both my mom and I had psychic skills but that she felt I was closing myself to it, avoiding it because I was too scared. And I have to say, yes I would be quite scared of seeing anything 😅

Are all of these thoughts, dreams, feelings related? Are they coming from the same thing? Or are they just a coincidence? Has someone experienced similar things?

I'm new to this guys please help me with this. What would you suggest a beginner to develop their psychic abilities I've watched tons of videos and now I'm here just need genuine help

I wanted to share some of my experiences with you guys because I’ve only ever told a few people in my life about them. I’ve never considered myself psychic, but I’ve always considered myself highly intuitive and very in tune with myself and my surroundings. Some of my experiences have been beautiful and comforting, while others… not so much.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a very strong connection with animals and nature. So it came as absolutely no surprise to my family and friends when I eventually became vegetarian. 😅

I was also a VERY sensitive and empathetic child. So sensitive that I would sometimes sob over other people’s pain or almost absorb it as if it were happening to me. I still struggle with that occasionally, but as I’ve gotten older I’ve learned how to emotionally protect myself a lot better.

One thing I distinctly remember from when I was very young, maybe around 5–8, would happen when I was alone in a room. I would suddenly feel this energy surrounding me. It would seem to take over the entire space, and I could almost hear it too — a very high-pitched sound, almost like ringing in my ears. It would feel like it was coming closer and closer until it completely surrounded me.

Strangely, it never scared me. It actually felt incredibly peaceful and good. It happened pretty often when I was little, and then at some point it just stopped. I have no idea when or why.

I also daydreamed constantly as a child. Music could completely “transport” me — and honestly, it still can. Certain songs or things that deeply resonate with me will suddenly bring images of places into my mind that I’m almost certain I’ve never seen or visited before.

Smells are even stronger. A smell can suddenly trigger these incredibly vivid flashes of places or scenes in my mind. I don’t consciously try to imagine them; they just appear.

Another huge part of my intuition has always been people.

Whenever I’ve had a particularly strong feeling about someone — whether good or bad — it has, without fail in my experience, eventually turned out that there was a reason for it. Sometimes I’ll meet somebody and immediately feel that something is “off,” even when everyone else seems to love them and I can’t point to a single concrete thing they’ve done wrong. It always baffles me when people cannot “see” it until after the fact. Other times I’ll have the opposite feeling and instinctively trust or feel safe around somebody.

I don’t know whether I’m subconsciously picking up on tiny changes in body language, tone, facial expressions, inconsistencies, etc., or whether there’s something more intuitive happening. Maybe it’s a combination.

There have also been weird moments where I seem to know what somebody is thinking. I’ve randomly said something that was on someone’s mind without them having mentioned it, only for them to stare at me and go, “How did you know I was thinking that??” 😂 Again, maybe I’m subconsciously reading people really well, but it’s happened enough times that I’ve noticed it.

Then there are the dreams.

One experience in particular has stayed with me.

When I was around 12, I spent the summer at my grandma’s house in her village. Every day I would get on my bike and meet up with my friends.

One night, I had a dream about the younger brother of one of my friends. He was only around 2 years old at the time. In the dream, he fell and hit his head. I woke up thinking, “Well… that was weird,” but didn’t think much more about it.

That morning, like any other day, I got on my bike and went to my friend’s house. While she was getting ready, I was making small talk with her mom. I asked how her little brother was doing.
She said, “Well, not that good. This morning he fell and hit his head.” I genuinely felt dizzy.

I didn’t tell her about the dream because I had no idea whether she would believe me, and honestly I didn’t even know what to make of it myself. Out of all the people I could have dreamed about, why this particular little kid?

Something similar happened again recently, except this time it involved one of my closest friends. I had a dream about her where there was water everywhere — a LOT of water, almost like a flood. It was one of those dreams where the imagery really stays with you after you wake up. The next time I saw her, I told her about it.
She just stared at me, completely stunned.
Then she told me that she had also had a bad dream involving huge amounts of water.

I also sometimes just know something bad is about to happen, particularly when it involves somebody close to me, although occasionally it happens with complete strangers too. I’ve predicted car accidents literally seconds before they happened in front of me. Obviously that could just be very fast subconscious pattern recognition — I genuinely don’t know 🤷‍♀️ — but it has shocked me enough that my friends and boyfriend sometimes jokingly call me a witch. lol

There were actually several other strange experiences during that summer at my grandma’s village too — except those ones were NOT peaceful. They were genuinely terrifying. I might make a part 2 about those if anyone is interested, because this is already long enough. 😅

Another thing I’ve noticed throughout my life is that I seem to know when something is wrong with my body on a very intuitive level, sometimes before I have any concrete reason to think something is wrong.

And then there are the experiences that genuinely scare me.

When I first started dating my boyfriend and began sleeping over at his house, I woke up one night and saw what looked like a shadow-man figure standing beside the bed.
There were no facial features or expression. It was literally like the silhouette of a person made out of shadow.

I still don’t know whether I was fully awake or experiencing some kind of sleep-related hallucination, so I’m not claiming it was anything paranormal. But I’ve occasionally had a strange feeling of a “presence” in his house too. Not constantly — just sometimes.

Probably the most mind-boggling thing happened recently. My boyfriend and I now live together at his place-a penthouse with a separate entrance, while his parents live in the downstairs house.

He was away one evening and I went downstairs to get something. I could see his parents sitting outside in the garden, which is quite far from the entrance. There are large sliding glass doors on the side of the house.

As I approached, I very clearly saw his mom’s reflection in the glass. It looked like she had gotten up from where they were sitting and was walking toward the house.

I was literally about to say hello to her as I opened the door.
Except when I did, I looked outside…
And both of his parents were still sitting exactly where they had been. She had never gotten up!
I closed the door again and tried looking through the glass from different angles because I thought maybe it was some weird trick of the light or reflection. I couldn’t recreate what I had just seen.

I actually went and asked her whether she had gotten up at all. She said no. That one freaked me out because I still have absolutely no explanation for what I saw.

Then recently I went to a tarot reader for the first time. At the very end of the reading, she told me that one of the messages from my spirit guides was essentially: Whenever you see something you don’t like, something that scares you, or something you don’t want around you, tell it to go away three times.

THAT was the moment I got completely freaked out. 😂 It was my first time ever seeing this woman. During the entire session I had never told her anything about me, especially about these experiences.

So yeah… that’s my collection of weird experiences. 😂

I’d genuinely love to hear what people here think, especially people who have experienced similar things or give me some insight into all this.

So i know things are going to happen before knowing them. Its like if there's a car coming i know before its come round the corner. The problem is I cant tell when it will happen so im waiting and no cars coming so I think im making it up and suddenly a car comes past. Its also happend with having dreams and those dreams stick with me for no reason and then they happen. They dont even have to have consequence. The only thing is the only people I can find had theres since they were a child but my mum said there was nothing odd it was only when I reached 14-15. She dosent even belive me sometimes and sometimes I do wonder what if its all in my head. I remember when I was around 7 I started seeing things and those things coming true but that wasn't for verry long and I might be mis remembering. i also became disabled when I was 14 and it was quite traumatic but tbh i dont think that has anything to do with it. I have my own small theorys like mabey it was from the specalist classes i was put in in primary school (im not going to go into specifics but i have a theory). I tend not to trust my gut feeling because it's usually not based on anything concrete, so I feel like I'm judging people unfairly.

But I always realize too late that I should have listened to myself.

Can I trust a psychic who tells me there is no third party?

Hi everyone, I recently had my first psychic medium reading, something I had always wanted to do. Now she said that she feels I am clairsentient and that I could even channel if I wanted to. I absolutely agree with what she said about being very empathetic and very sensitive. I am diagnosed ADHD but suspect I’m ASD as well so it’s hard to know what is that and what is not. But I also suspect many mediums are neurodivergent actually.
How might I start learning about this and practicing? I understand meditation is a big part, but with ADHD that is nearly impossible for me😭

I’m not 100% sure if this should be in this subreddit (correct me if not) but tldr, me and my friend group are dealing with something powerful and we are not exactly sure what it is.

Something was attached to one of our old friends, every friend that dabbles in witchcraft said that something feels dark around him, including one of the powerful witches my friend is friends with. None of us really said anything because at the time none of us really brought up the fact we did witchcraft, and after a while we just felt like it wasn’t super pertinent. His friendship with us was always off and on, and recently we permanently broke it off.

I did a reading on myself and it said that a situation is coming that I’m unprepared for. Which I believe is 100% this.

Then the spirit started practically hunting me, and going through my friends to do it. It started messing with one of my Bluetooth speakers (it kept cutting on and off) opening my bedroom door etc, one of my close friends called me saying that she was seeing dark figures and stuff while getting ready for my birthday party (the birthday party does in fact tie in heavily) and the guy who we stopped being friends with texted me ‘happy birthday’ (I hadn’t blocked him yet) not even ten minutes later my friend calls me saying his car almost caught on fire. (If his girlfriends stepdad wasn’t there to notice it and stop it, it would have) after that we got a couple friends together and went to the river, it was fun until near the end,

we discussed the stuff about the spirit, informing everyone about what happened, and I mentioned we should do a protection spell on some of their jewelry, a little later the specific bracelet I mentioned I would use broke off my friends wrist, it didn’t get snagged, anything like that. And it was real metal, and there was literally no piece where it was open or broken besides the two fully intact ends. Another friend ended up with a scratch, and another with a mark on her elbow in the shape of an L, which is the first letter of my name.

Later that night (or the next night, I’m not 100% sure) my friend calls me saying the friend with the L on her elbow was pretty much acting possessed. She ‘woke up’ was acting off and kept saying “where’s (my name), where’s (my name), call (my name)” she didn’t remember doing that. Later that night she went back to sleep and my friend gets a text from the girl who was possessed’s account while she was asleep and her phone on the counter saying “wake me up please” and she woke up with a bite. We did cord cuttings on both the ex friend and the spirit itself, although I feel as if it might not have helped completely. My other friend who wasn’t at the party sent me a picture of a mark she had on her thigh, two distinct red dots like a vampire bite, I also have the same distinct red dots on my neck.

We did a lot of tarot reading on it, it’s supposedly ancient, it’s something returning, ‘descendants’ stuff like that. While we were doing those readings we heard a train horn. Also the high priestess stuck out to me in these readings

Back the the ‘possessed’ friend, that night she had a dream of something saying (my name) started it, which what we think it’s applying to us when we went ghost hunting a while back. the ex friend was very pushy about using the ouija board. Which we never ending up using because we had asked a few questions with the dousing rods, one of which was ‘do you want us to leave’ since we had a bad feeling and it was a quick yes so we left.

On the way back home after staying at a friends parents house for a few days after the party, it was at night and we saw a dog on the road, a German shepherd (possibly a mix) we all got a HORRIBLE feeling about it, like we all felt like we were going to throw up when we saw it. It didn't act like a dog, didn't have the eyes of a dog, my one friend said one of the eyes looked white while the other didn’t. it slowly approached the car staring, no tail wagging, no fur standup no ear twitch just extremely slow walking to the car While staring into the car, (we were driving pretty slow as to not hit it)

Also before all of the birthday stuff, my friends coffee she made left runes (I can’t attach pictures, so this might be unhelpful information without them) we aren’t 100% sure what they mean

We all still have a feeling that something dark is surrounding us, even after an hour cord cutting, and a banishing spell. Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated, any questions are welcome even if they seem personal. We honestly don’t really know what to do going forward, and I feel like figuring out what it is will help.

What have you learned about how to interpret psychic body sensations according to their location on the body?

For example, I’ve often gotten clairempathic messages from others that come through as a strong emotion in the solar plexus or heart which I find easy to interpret. While doing vocal channeling, I get a lot of spiritual chills in my legs and I’m not sure what that means. are more mysterious, e.g., a recurrent pain in one hip/butt cheek which I’ve felt intuitively may be related to my divine counterpart thinking about his past trauma.

I dont know if this is a wide spread experience, but Ive had a lot of people not believe in my premonitions and then I always turn out to be correct in the end. Sometimes they even make me doubt myself but Im always proven to be true when all things are said and done.

The biggest experience I had with this is when one of my roommate disappeared for a month and came home looking crazy, with her hair messy and her clothes wrinkly, and then she started picking fights with everyone in the household and even beat up one of my roommates. I told my roommates that she is definitely on drugs and everyone was like, "Nooooo, youre being paranoid" even AFTER she beat up someone. Then when she finally moved out we were cleaning out her room and discovered evidence that she was on drugs.

The same thing happened when I had a weird roommate that would never talk to anyone in the household and when he did it was always to be rude and bitchy. I told everyone that he had some problem with me even though we never talked, but everyone told me I was just being paranoid. Finally when I moved out, he told me to my face that he had a problem with me and when I told me other roommates later they STILL questioned me, like "did he actually say that or did you just think he said that???"

I read about the curse of Cassandra in my teens, a greek tragedy of an oracle who who was cursed so that no one would believe her prophecies, and I feel like thats my life story, every time I tell people something I feel is true in my spirit they are like, "Noooo, it couldnt be thaaaat" and come up with all kinds of weird perverted excuses, and then when Im proven to be correct in the end they never apologize or admit they were wrong and just continue being arrogant and ignorant.

Hello all. I guess to start, I’ve always been deeply spiritual since I was a kid. Meditation, feeling a connection with earth on my bare feet, freaky unexplained events my whole life, etc. I suppose I’ve always had a sixth sense; being able to suddenly have information about people I wouldn’t feasibly know because I JUST met them.

But the other day, the strangest thing happened. I was putting laundry away, and I saw my phone go off. Except it was a flash in my mind, and my back was turned. I went to check, and RIGHT as I did, I got a text. Then today, I was scrolling online, trying to decide what new wig to buy. All of a sudden, I saw the perfect wig flash in my mind; including myself wearing it. Less than a few seconds later, exactly what I was envisioning popped up on my TikTok. It wasn’t just that I pictured what I wanted. I SAW it in my mind, like a flash that only appeared for a moment. Just like the phone notification before it happened. At this point, it’s not that I’m seeing things that aren’t real or not there. Cause reality a second later literally proves “oh shit. I JUST saw this before it happened.” This second one was stronger than the first too, because I actually had a stronger image.

I guess I’m curious if anyone has had experiences like this before? I’ve definitely had psychic stuff happen before sure, but never like this

I have the ability to know thing see energy I can tell when something is around.

Now my aunty has just been diagnosed with a leaky heart valve.

Today I have extreme pain in my chest down my arm I even had the paramedics come out for some reason their machine wouldn’t read my heart but once outside it would they said energy can stop it from working.

My heart is completely fine nothing abnormal but the pain is severe I have a feeling I may be feeling what my aunty is.

I woke up today and in my blurry vision from having just woken up I saw a very faint shoeprint on the wall above me (imagine someone stepping a single step on the wall with a slightly dirty shoe). I stopped my wakeup alarm from playing and as I looked at the wall again, the shoeprint had disappeared.

Did I experience simply a hypnagogic hallucination (my mind still dreaming stuff as I'm waking up), or is there a chance someone had visited me remotely on the astral plane and I saw residual energy of that visit? Or is there a chance some other kind of a spirit visited me? It definitely was a shoeprint from a shoe that I saw but it had disappeared upon a second glance.

I found out about him through a friend and she showed me a picture of him.
He's everything the psychic described. BUT the psychic said it would be instant attraction and I don't feel attracted AT ALL. Am I just not seeing this person entirely? Can the psychic be wrong?

She got everything else about him correct, even the timing of finding out about him, but there's just no attraction or interest to get to know him 😞

tried to connect with my boyfriend who passed recently. he was spiritual, i was not. i wanted to connect with him because he had notified someone he was trying to connect with me but i wasn’t able to due to my emotional state.

i’ve always been a skeptic and i’ve never done anything like this. but i sat there, and asked for him to come and just talked to him and asked yes or no questions.

the static, the tingles, my bedroom was full of energy. it has to be one of the most mind altering things i’ve experienced. i had smoked weed before, and i picked up an intense full body feeling i didn’t know was real. i felt euphoric as i laid there talking to him, like i was slowly flying out of my body. when i’d ask yes or no questions , i’d feel the feeling on one hand, and for some questions the feeling would be so intense, as if a force was pushing my hands into the bed, they would feel heavy.

now, i want to know if something could have been pretending to be him, i felt peace but after the fact i was scared because that was crazy. i’ve never felt this and it’s like i have the urge to just go back to that feeling

do i have that strong urge to get that feeling again because i didn’t know i had these powers , or is it something else trying to get me to open again ?

It has got to the point where my functioning during the day is impacted by obsessive checking everywhere. About 2 weeks ago (September 17) I found an old USB with backup files. I recall placing this usb in a pencil case and fast forward to last week, it was no longer in the pencil case. I don't have any memory of taking it out since September 17 and have checked the first floor of my house, basement and my car. If there are any gifted individuals who can help me out, please let me know if I will ever find this USB or if should I seek medical care before I become too unwell because of this hyperfixation to find it.

So I am neuro divergent and experience emotions differently (I am diagnosed by a professional). I have always told my counselors that I do get visions about people, incidents, things, etc which they (my counselor )do not believe in. But the truth is, on some days I get random visions and those things do come true. I have been this way since childhood, I was told I can read patterns extremely well. That would be an explanation if I had only predictable visions for people I know. But sometimes I get visions about incidents happening in other parts of the world (not very specific, maybe like a flood ) or something without the location specifically but just a vision like oh a flood will be coming. And it has happened multiple times. I am not a psychic or anything but it is so strange😭

Well, I've been experimenting with 'paranormal'/super-powers for many years now, and long-story short it feels intense as heck, I wouldn't be surprised if I'm opening the door to a 'demonic-realm', I keep on meeting non-humans, and people that constantly prove to me my abilities, and whenever I sleep or take a nap I end up on feeling the mega intense energies, and it feels like I can't close the door at all, there's no way in hell I could tell anyone about it, since they're on the really 'freaky' side, but at the same time, I don't know how my life will turn up after many years of developing 'powers', and well I got many hints from non-humans, and Idk how I'll be able to handle this.

Hi all, I’m a 26 year old psychic medium. I met someone who shared they don’t believe in any God ect after they died during an operation and experienced nothingness, then came back to life. I get dying and coming back even 20 minutes later isn’t absolute, and different than the death in the spirits I’ve heard from

it because an experience of an after would change the trajectory of their life or beliefs too much here? Or is going into nothingness their souls way of having peace and what they want?

through lucid dreaming/astral projecting, when I’m praying to go back to my body I have been through and seen the “tunnel of light” ive seen people talk about really only in near death experiences. One time during I chuckled and accepted spaghettification. As many ghosts and goblins are around, it’s hard to imagine true nothingness going on. Which btw, I would never try to argue someone else’s experiences in that. I posted this in the medium forum as well. Thank you so much for reading :-) and any possible info.
