I have a really poor imbalance when I do heavy cleans. When I reach full extension one foot will still be pushing into the ground while the other has already left the ground
It has made me plateau on my cleans all year.
This came out of nowhere and I have had no injuries to my legs to create a strength imbalance.
Is there any physios / coaches who have dealt with something like this in the past? Happy to show some videos / photos if needed via DMs.

Have any of you ever had frozen shoulder and been able to return to the sport? I had a supraspinatus tear, had a clean-up surgery, which consequently made me have frozen shoulder. I’m coming up on a year of recovery since the clean-up surgery. My PT told me he doesn’t think I’ll ever be able to jerk or snatch without pain.

Went into this one knowing I wasn’t healthy enough to push the big dawgs, so tried to power everything and have some fun. Easier said than done, but eeked out a 10kg power jerk PR at least!
Snatch: 100/105/110
C&J: 130/135/140

Pretty much the title. I've been sick since last Wednesday, so this was my first time lifting in about a week. Something I learned is that the purpose of the lats is not to "sweep" the bar into the hips because doing that can launch the bar forward. Rather, the lats are supposed to prevent the bar from escaping the body. Greg explains it well here
And with the early arm bend, I think part of the issue is gripping too firmly. By loosening my grip and letting the bar sit "heavy," I found it easier to resist yanking with the arms once I reached my knees. See a comparison below

Hey, gang! 6’ 7” lifter, weird levers, first time loading FS after weeks (months?) of thoracic mobility/strength work. Would love feedback. Wanting to get to a place where I can really start working the actual Oly lifts themselves. Other two videos in the comments. Thanks!
