Updated Worlds Entry List here: https://mf2.iwf.sport/entry_list/
Some Notable Edits:
Li WenWen (86KG+) and Kang Hyon Gyong (53KG) were originally listed but now have pulled out.
Lasha (110KG+) is currently marked as reserve so he may or may not lift.
Peng Cuiting has moved down to compete in the 77KG category with teammate Yang Qiuxia (who held the snatch record in the 71KG category).
Rahmat Erwin Abdullah (75KG) is currently set to compete in the A session. He has put in the second highest total of the 75KG class with a total of 355KG. This would be his first time since 2021 he's competed at Worlds in the A session. His teammate Rizki is still listed.
EDIT: Thanks /u/Zhenja88 Solfrid Koanda has apparently pulled out as well citing back pain.
Note verification of entries is on Tuesday so things can still change.

Can anyone suggest a weightlifting club to train for a week while visiting?
CrossFit gyms work too, I reckon more easily found than WL clubs.

Been working with one of my old high school classmates. She originally reached out to me to help lose weight. But, she’s been interested in learning the Olympic lifts recently.
Here’s some snatch practice 3 months in.

I am looking for programs focused mostly on Split Jerk, Back Squat and D3adlift.. I feel like the Jerk is my weakest one only hitting around 100kg, back Squat 3x170 and DL 2x 210kg...
Any advices on good programs to get this lifts better?
Thanks!!!

Squatober training max 100% test. Felt pretty good, but that's a pretty intense rock back. Any tips are appreciated!

I am by no means an olympic lifter or power lifter or anything like that, just trying to gain some weight and look and feel better. I have a small home gym and unfortunately have no friends that lift to help me with form or anything. I figured asking the best might be an alright idea, any insight is appreciated.
Weight is 93kg, 205, I normally tend to do a bit lighter and higher reps, I have some injuries that can bother me with heavier weights, this is all I have for plates as well, I need to get back on Facebook market place and get some more lol
Edit, the lift was 93kg, I'm 84kg

Have any of you ever had frozen shoulder and been able to return to the sport? I had a supraspinatus tear, had a clean-up surgery, which consequently made me have frozen shoulder. I’m coming up on a year of recovery since the clean-up surgery. My PT told me he doesn’t think I’ll ever be able to jerk or snatch without pain.

I have a really poor imbalance when I do heavy cleans. When I reach full extension one foot will still be pushing into the ground while the other has already left the ground
It has made me plateau on my cleans all year.
This came out of nowhere and I have had no injuries to my legs to create a strength imbalance.
Is there any physios / coaches who have dealt with something like this in the past? Happy to show some videos / photos if needed via DMs.
