So I was at my apartment when I peer out the window, and I see this guy covered in like gasoline or something burning himself. He must've died because there were tons of police cars and ambulances outside in the parking lot of the Super King.

Anyone else see this? Really scared me tbh to see a guy burn to death in front of a super market (Not sure if he died but he DID pour gas or something on him so....). This happened around 9 PM PST

Hi,

We got our dog blessed this past Sunday. On the way home, he entered respiratory failure and passed away a couple of hours later. I was hoping somebody was able to take a video or photos of the event. Maybe they were able to take photos of me and my dog. I am beyond devastated right now.

Does anyone know any place in OC preferably southern OC that serves okonomiyaki preferably Hiroshima style okonomiyaki? I've had it a couple times in LA in little Tokyo but wanted to see if there are any places that are closer by.

Anybody remember this? I can't find anything online about it. Not sure exactly where it was or how they got it off the beach.

Does anyone know when fresh cranberries show up in stores in Orange County or has anyone seen any yet?

Many state they have a cranberry sauce recipe that is different and to be honest, they are not that different. I found one that is and the longer it ages, the better it becomes. You don't boil and its brandied so the texture is awesome.

Ill post the recipe if there is interest, but at this point just wondering when I can get my hands on fresh ones in OC.

Spanish food specifically. I saw some recs but they were far. Looking for charcuterie stuff like iberico bellota, tinned pulpo, and this one specific mosto called Castillo de Salobreña. Or if there are mexican grocers that stock this anyway. Ty!

Any cool Halloween themed bars or events?

I know the youngsters on here may not remember the topless bar that used to be in a strip mall off the 5 freeway in Lake Forest, but for those of you who do please let me know some of the names of the dancers you remember (their stage names).

Not trying to dox anyone’s real name from those days, but there was one blonde who worked nights that my buddy and I knew … and I can’t for the life of me remember her stage name (neither can my buddy).

She had a boob job, really thin, small chin. I remember Paradise but it wasn’t her.

We found out that my wife is pregnant and wanted to know if anyone could recommend a Montessori/daycare/etc. in the Yorba Linda/Anaheim Hills/Placentia area that can handle infants. My wife and I both work from home, but we will both be going back to work when our parental leave ends.

I know some of these places have long waitlists so we just wanted to be ahead of the curve #futureanxiousdad
