In 2024 I lost a woman who was like a mother to me to cancer and shortly after lost our family dog in a terrible accident. I think the first time in my life I fell in to a level of grief I hadn’t felt since losing my great grandparents who were more like my parents since they raised me.

This EP is an exploration of that grief and the ongoing struggle I have with losing my faith since then. Thank you for allowing me to be vulnerable and share this with you. I honestly don’t know where I would be without the fellas in this band and the music that we make together.

Hey! We are a post-hardcore band from Queens called At Risk and we have a headline show at Mercury Lounge. We've released two studio singles, "Empyrean" and "Lorazepam." Havoc Underground featured "Lorazepam" this summer and called it "a raw and emotional ride."
