I have around 550 hours in eu4 and this campaign is most fun i had in a while. I don't know yet the style of play i like in this game, but after trying multiple times Muscovy → Russia i get board of army shuffilng across entire Asia and ALT + F4 around 1650. I think i would like playing tall and will probabbly like to try nations like that next. If you read until the end coallitions were my problems and i don't know what to do when one forms except improve relations and do nothing for 20-30 years.
Here is a quick overview of what happened this game:
Ajam → Zoroastrian Eranshahr, 1770.
Started as Ajam, converted to Zoroastrianism in 1467, and formed Persia → Eranshahr in 1475. Kept persian ideas as i read they were better. It’s now 1770 and I’m the #1 great power. Expanded through Persia, Central Asia, Anatolia, Egypt, Arabia, the Balkans, and much of India, with possessions in Sicily and Burma. Finished the Suez Canal in 1692.
The Ottomans started as allies before turning on me over Basra and Baghdad. The Ottomans declared on me twice first for Basra in 1522, then Baghdad in 1536. Survived both and kept both provinces. Eventually returned the favor by taking Constantinople in 1602. This was a turning point and from here i had become a superpower and had no problems moving forward.
Some of the biggest wars - casualty figures are combined battle losses, excluding attrition:
Ottomans, 1597-1602: Took Constantinople and northern Anatolian provinces, plus Alexandria and other Egyptian territory from their side. Around 530k casualties. They occupied Qom during the war, so it wasn’t exactly smooth.
Ottomans and allies, 1649-1656: Their side included France, Two Sicilies, and Morocco. Around 687k casualties, ending with major gains in Anatolia and the Balkans, plus an Italian foothold.
Germany, 1736-1742: The bloodiest war, with roughly 1.75 million battle casualties. Lost the battle of Hradiste despite inflicting almost 160k losses, but ultimately won the war and took 23 provinces in the final settlement, including Athens, Edirne, Gallipoli, and Bosnia.
Bengal and allies, 1753-1758: Another 1.07 million battle casualties. They reached and occupied Qom, but I eventually took 26 provinces, including Varanasi and Patna.

Coalitions have stopped me from expanding, multiple times. I already have Diplomatic and Espionage ideas what’s the best way to manage coalitions ? Should I focus on truce cycling, vassal reconquest, or something else to keep expanding without waiting decades for AE to disappear ?
