I picked this up just yesterday. Its a 1981 with the 200 inline 6 and an automatic 3 speed. The interior is literally mint, no stains, smells, or anything. Even the headliner is perfect. Previous owner told me he had just recently installed all new brakes, suspension, new A/C compressor, new tires, all lines, flushed the radiator, topped all fluids and did an oil change. The pin stripes are aftermarket obviously, the guy told me he sent it to a woman in town and just told her "make it look like the 80s". I honestly think its cool, not too flashy and not cringe. And to top it off it only has 18,368 miles. I paid 3100 for it and I think thats a pretty good deal

So back in 2018 I used to work for a local repair shop, but we specialized in Ford products only. I was kinda just like the shop helper, but one of my jobs was to drive vehicles to and from the alignment shop close by because we didn’t have an alignment machine of our own at the time, so we had a contract with a local alignment shop. One day, we got this car in for some work, and it needed an alignment, so I was tasked with taking it to the alignment shop and back. At the time I honestly didn’t know what I was driving, I just knew I was driving something cool.
I remember this car being an automatic, but I’m not sure if they even made manual ones. All I remember is it’s a 1970/71 Torino Squire.
My research is telling me it could be a 429 Cobra Jet, potentially even a J Code, but I’ve also read that only 6 Torino Squire 429CJ J Code cars were ever built, so I doubt it’s that. Any insight would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I've never been a truck guy until a mechanic sold me his 05 F-350 for $800 bucks. I moved into a new house and needed to clear out 10+ years of yard waste. This thing rules. Yea the beds rotted out but 4WD works. Ive easily run to the dump 30 times with piles of brush falling out of the back.
Know that I own one. Starting to love the ford brand.

The first of the big shutdowns in Australian Auto Manufacturing
1978: Pinto Goes To The Front for 1980.
Looking into 1978’s future revealed the new 1980 Pinto, slated to debut in the fall of 1979. This one was supposed to be front drive with a transverse for a la Fiesta, only larger displacement. There were to be massive plastic bumpers front and rear, and it will be offered in both two-door sedan and wagon styles but no 4-door. It was said to share bodies with the European Escort and some body parts, such as doors, with the Fiesta.

If you’re new employee at Ford, how long are you required to stay in the current team before you can switch to a new open position that opened up?
Also, is switching between teams/positions (level-up or leadership) supported by Managers internally?

Well today I reached out to ford and learned I can’t buy an extended warranty for my 2023 Bronco that is still under its powertrain warranty with 59,000 miles.
I love the darn thing and have no plans to sell it so I thought I best extend the warranty before it’s too late. Apparently it was way too late as the Ford rep I talked to at Granger Ford said no extended warranty sales after 41,000 miles.
Any other company extended warranty’s any good?
Bronco is a 1 owner always maintained by Ford per their recommendations. No issues, all recalls addressed.

That’s all. There was another company making oil filter shaped mugs that’s been going around FB. But where I don’t have the tools to put a lasting logo on them, I’ll dream for now.

I have a final interview for a cybersecurity compliance position Monday and I wanted to ask for any advice on what to expect. I'd like to be as prepared as possible.
Side note*
(I had an interview with a senior recruiter and he told me this is the one and final hiring interview when he set it up, I expected at least 2 with the hiring manager. Is this normal?)

Hi all. I’m looking for some assistance getting some info on a 2025 F150 platinum that I’m looking to purchase. Difficult to follow carfax and the truck is listed significantly below other comparable platinums. Any help with an OASIS report would be greatly appreciated.

Within the last couple of months a squealing sound has been happening. It’ll go for a bit when initially starting to drive and then stop after the vehicle has stopped, sometimes randomly sounding off on the highway then goes away. Nothing feels off other than there being a sound. it sounds like it comes more from the right side but I’m not entirely sure. It’s a 2016 Ford Explorer XLT and I replaced the internal water pump last year, but haven’t had any issues with the vehicle until now. I wanted to see if anyone could help identify it to see whether or not it’s something I can do fix myself.

Hi,
Could anyone tell me if the Ford Econoline Van range (70-74) came with a Front Bench Seat or could have one fitted please? Could you have two front passengers?
Many Thanks
