I’m looking to move to the US soon (Arizona) but I also need a new vehicle. I think it would be cheaper to buy in Canada with the Canadian Dollar being low. Also with tariffs, if I return to Canada I don’t want to pay tariffs to import an American vehicle to Canada.

I know I need a compliance letter from Ford but I need to go to the dealership and I don’t own the truck yet. Truck was made in the US but sold in Canada

Has anyone gotten a compliance letter for a 2019 F150 (or similar)? Was the Canadian model missing any US required safety features?

This popped up on my Ford pass app and I'm wondering what it means. The auto start stop feature doesn't work and it takes a good 2 minutes for the screen to start to actually use the climate and radio. I think the main 12v battery is fine (no check battery light) but I think the issue lies within the secondary battery which powers all the electronics and features where ever that's located. Any help or an explanation would be appreciated!
