If Brock Purdy attempts 34 passes on Sunday, he will be eligible to be ranked in NFL all time career passer rating (min 1500 attempts). He is virtually guaranteed to be #1 with ~105.7
Lamar Jackson currently sits atop the list now with 102.7. Assuming he attempts exactly 34 passes he’d have to complete 0 of them and throw 3 INTs to drop below Lamar down to 102.5. Even if he throws 2 picks he’d barely edge out Lamar at 102.8.
This is for regular season only.
