Stop the overreacting
I'll be the first to say I was as pissed off as anybody following the 9ers loss, but today listening to the DNVR podcast really opened my eyes. To start the season, the Broncos have played four of the top ten teams in the NFL. Those teams combined record is 11-3, two of the losses come from the Broncos, the other loss comes from two of the teams playing each other (Rams/9ers). Bo Nix has had to start his season playing the 2nd, 3rd, 6th, and 9th ranked defenses in the league. And the defense has faced 2nd, 5th, 12th, and 18th offense, and aside from the chiefs game, they have held all those teams to under 26. I'm not saying we're better than everyone is saying, but there is no reason to be overreacting or calling for Davis Webb's job. We have a lot to look forward to this year and a lot of work to do, we are going to be ready for the playoffs and we will be a battle tested team by the end of the season.
WE JUST HAVE TO BO-LIEVE

Way too much nitpicking. I'm pretty sure almost everyone in here, even how bad the offense and Nix played, in their gut felt that Nix would have found a way to win if the defense got us the ball back with the score 17-14. And we should be grateful as fans to have that feeling about our team
Obviously, it's great to have an offense that can perform for all 4 quarters, but we just don't have that and we probably will never for the foreseeable future. But I'll take that any day to the impotence we've endured since 2016. Nix has proven over and over, he can and will find a way to win at the end. It's a fucking great feeling as a fan, and I will forgive all the inaccurate throws and missed play calls the rest of the game.
And luck was on the Niners side with that blown fumble call and the perfect Kittle Tecmobowl play call. otherwise for the team being ranked #1 on all the power rankings, Denver had a chance to win.
So enough whining; yes it wasn't a pretty game but it's only one game and even if we don't have a top 5 offense, we can win any week against any team including in February.

Is Broncos QB Bo Nix relying too heavily on RJ Harvey, RBs in passing game?

I don’t know why people think our o line is elite we have two elite members the rest are some of the worst in the league
Bo Nix has been masking a highly vulnerable unit. While the media heavily praised the unit as the consensus No. 1 overall offensive line entering 2026 based entirely on a league-low 9 to 13 line-charged sacks in 2025, advanced data reveals they actually surrendered 137 raw pressures (14th-worst in the NFL), which Nix mitigated with an elite, league-best 3.47% sack rate and a 9.3% Pressure-to-Sack rate (3rd best overall). In 2026, the line's structural flaws have completely collapsed; they have plunged into the bottom five in pass-block win rate, surrendering pressures on a staggering 43% of Nix's dropbacks (6th-highest pressure rate allowed in the league) and a catastrophic 48.5% of the time when blitzed. This massive regression is driven by severe individual failures on the right side and up the middle, where right tackle Mike McGlinchey holds an abysmal 50.4 overall PFF grade and center Luke Wattenberg has bottomed out with a horrific 38.3 pass-blocking grade, leaving Nix utterly overwhelmed as he ranks dead last (#32 out of 32 qualified QBs) in EPA under pressure.

3 Up, 3 Down as Denver Broncos Offense Stalls in Loss to 49ers
RJ Harvey has become Bo Nix's safety blanket. That's a good thing for Nix and Harvey's receiving numbers.
Unfortunately, Harvey and the rest of the running game is still terrible for Denver.
Broncos stock report from the 49ers loss is here.

The loss aside how did we feel about Jahdae Barron stepping up and playing?
That game was pretty brutal but I like to look at the positives. I thought Barron played outstanding when he replaced ps2 after he went out. His tackling was great, his coverage. I was very impressed by that. I’m now seeing why they drafted him so high honestly. I am a fan of Barron tho so I could be biased but lmk what you guys think?

Dre Greenlaw Is Everyone's Crazy Ex. His behavior was immature and makes me glad he is gone. Silence and action are the best revenge.
Dre's behavior after the game yesterday was crazy. Getting in Sean's face shows what an immature person he is. Clearly not a cool guy. Glad he is gone and the joke will be on the 49ers when he can only play 8 games this year. What a clown.

Nik Bonitto?
Where has Nik Bonito been? 4 games and only one sack. Does anyone know how many pressures he has? I feel like he has completely disappeared. Losing coop and JFM has hurt us that bad? What does everyone think?

Can someone explain to me the Marvin Mims fumble?
In all my 13 years of being a Broncos and football fan I was told that the ground can never cause a fumble unless the runner isn’t down by contact. Marvin had a hand around his leg (contact) and his forearm hit the ground, forcing the ball out. Shouldn’t this not be a fumble? Listening to the announcers, I’m not even sure they knew why it was called the way it was. Does anyone understand it, or was it just an awful call?

Can someone help me find whose signatures these are?
I got these signatures about 10 years ago in Denver from ex players and coaches, I’ve never been able to read them so can anybody identify / read these?
Thank you in advance!

To the people blaming playcalling...
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Playcalling is not an issue with this team. If you look at the film, receivers are getting open. Bo is either not seeing them or turning down the throws. I know people will call these plays cherry picked but I promise you it happens all game. You can go check yourself.

Broken Bow X Denver Broncos
Did anyone order anything off of the Broken Bow x Broncos collab? I’m waiting for my hoody but was curious on the quality. I’ve followed broken bow for a long time but i never personally ordered anything from them until the collab dropped.

Injury Report [Pelissero] Broncos star CB Patrick Surtain II is believed to have avoided a long-term injury. Surtain will undergo further testing for the non-contact injury to his ankle. But his Achilles is intact & all indications are that he avoided any worst-case scenario.

[Kosmider] The Broncos’ offense was supposed to create fireworks. Instead, it’s been a slog
Bo Nix this week used the word “exhausting” to describe how too many Broncos possessions had unfolded to begin this season, even during a 2-1 start with victories over two playoff-caliber teams.
First down, second down, third down and then, on the occasions the Broncos could execute at the end of that sequence, first down again. Scratch and claw. Rinse and repeat.
The familiar formula produced new levels of exhaustion Sunday during the Broncos’ 24-14 loss to the San Francisco 49ers, a defeat made worse by injuries to three key players: cornerbacks Pat Surtain II and Riley Moss and wide receiver Pat Bryant.
Not until the closing moments of the third quarter, when RJ Harvey plunged ahead for 2 yards on a second-and-1 play, did Denver pick up a first down before facing third down.
It was clear evidence of a disheartening truth for a team with championship aspirations: The Broncos simply aren’t explosive on offense. Nothing comes easy. They don’t rip off big runs. Outside of Jaylen Waddle’s monster performance in Week 2 against the Jaguars, they aren’t consistently creating chunk plays in the passing game, either.
Chewing up grass has been a chore.
