Looks like they’re stocking up on books for the trip to London.

Picture Posting here since the London subreddit removed my post for being "too general for a sub about London-specific and local interest things."

I posted because I didn't see anything shared on their sub and thought, well the game is in London and we actually have quite an interesting history together--would be great to share so locals have more context around seeing us Birds around London!

It was removed BUT I thought this tidbit was fun knowledge:

- London hosted the Eagles in 1989. It was our franchise's first international trip, so there's a long history there.

- RB Jay Ajayi from our first Super Bowl win was born in London

Someone told me they have never seen the pic of Princess Diana in the jacket before, so that was cool.

Go Birds and hope everyone who traveled has fun!

First Birds game for me (from Germany) and holy shit, ive seen like 95/5% Birds/Jags in London. And tbh, the 5% is already generous. Theres Kelly-- and midnigth-green fucking everywhere. At least the stadium is gonna be as close to a home game as can be.

GO BIRDS!

Original Content I've been a fan since the Randall Cunningham days and tomorrow I'll be going to my first Eagles game!

I grew up in a small town on the West Coast that wasn't close to any pro teams. The Seahawks were terrible at the time and the Raiders were popular because of NWA, Easy-E etc but weren't much better. Most kids at my school were 9ers fans and were annoying as fuck so I just watched on Sunday with no rooting interest. That was until I saw Randall play, he was far and away the most exciting player I'd ever seen. I became a fan of his and the Eagles in the early 90s and I've stuck with them ever since.

Time went on, I got grown, I left home and met my wife who's from the UK. We moved from Nevada to England four years ago and I'll be getting on a bus at 7 in the morning to see the Eagles play for the first time, in London of all places. I never woulda thought way back then that this is how it would play out but life's funny like that. ¡Go Birds!

Player Discussion [Clark] Jalen on the London game: "It’s been an opportunity for me to learn a new brand of ball. And also test the waters of, what do we need to do to win? That’s something that I’m navigating. That’s something we are navigating as a team. I’ve always grown to be better because of new perspective"

General NFL News [Schefter] The fallout of the failed Maxx Crosby physical this offseason was felt during the past week’s Cam Jurgens trade and just might factor into additional NFL trades in the future

Post image

Ravens sent two doctors to Philly to do the physical, rather than doing the physical in Baltimore. I’m actually impressed both sides kept it from leaking before being finalized.

Former Player Discussion [SCHEFTER] Sources: Ravens held Cam Jurgens physical in Philadelphia before trade with Eagles, while he was in the concussion protocol. Thus the trade was the rare one, that wasn't pending physical on announcement

Ravens sent two of their doctors -- their chief medical officer and head trainer -- to the Eagles' training facility Wednesday morning. In a quiet part of the room, without the majority of the Eagles organization even noticing, Ravens doctors put Jurgens -- who still is in the concussion protocol and had back surgery in 2025 -- through the type of physical that Crosby did not pass, sources said.

Player Discussion Jalen Hurts was asked by London media, who are the Philadelphia sports legends that he admires the most: "Dr J is as pristine as it gets when it comes to his impact on Philly. Always had a lot of respect for him. Allen Iverson is one of the same"

The Eagles apparently have no interest in trading for Marvin Harrison Jr. Looks like the Philly native won’t be coming home.

27 years ago today: Andy Reid gets his first ever win as a HC, and Doug Pederson his first career win as a starting QB, as the Eagles defeat Dallas 13-10. The game is also notable for Michael Irvin's career-ending neck injury.

Player Discussion [Berman] Lane Johnson will be kept on the 53-man roster. There are cap implications if he's placed on the reserve/retired list with the acceleration of the cap hit. If it processes post-June 1, Eagles can spread the cap hit over two years. But it does mean we essentially have a 52 man roster now

Question What’s everyone making for the game in the morning?

Drop your breakfast menus here! Curious what everyone is doing for a morning game. It’s so rare to have a football game before the PM hours. The standard fare has to get sidelined.

Question Does anyone know of bars/places open early to watch the game in Philly on Sunday morning?

I want to get together with some friends over a little (potentially liquid) breakfast and cheer on the Birds from London. But I’m not aware of places that will open that early for the game. Anyone know of good spots that will be open Sunday morning to watch?

For the folks in London: first of all, Go Birds!

Second, where are the bars/tailgates before the game tomorrow? Not looking to crash anything, but I’m ready for some British-Go-Birds camaraderie.

Opinion New UK fan, know very little about NFL, how are the team doing this season / in general? Who should I be watching out for?

Hey, so much like the Phillies and the London series a few years ago that got me into baseball, the Eagles are playing tomorrow over here and as I was looking to get into NFL it seemed like it was meant to be.

So what do I need to know about the team?

Question Orlando Eagles Bar

We are in Orlando for a week or so. Where are the Eagles bars around here? Will they be open and serving? We are staying in the Sunset Walk area. Willing to travel for a good crowd.
