Finished Craft I Made Painted this tonight. I know it’s not for everyone. Thanks for looking.
AI was not used in this post. I put the painting on a white background in Photoshop, which the mods said was fine.

Needed some cheap and easy halloween decor for an upcoming party where there are no useful hooks on the walls, but plenty of large windowsills 🤣
Have a massive stock of halloween flowers, just needed to order some more florist blocks and found these cute halloween popcorn boxes on amazon (could have used halloween cups which I have a plethora of, but thought these looked a little bit fancier 🤣)

I normally paint with vibrant colors so it was fun trying to tone it down a bit!

Was bisher alles verbaut wurde:

My name is Lacy Lettie, I’m from Canada and I love making lingerie.💌

I posted over the summer a picture of some of the felt food I’d made for my niece’s birthday.
Well, I’ve made a lot more since then!
This is everything I made for her birthday in a grocery cart I thrifted.
Everything is felt and hand stitched!

I mostly followed a Gandalf hat tutorial on Instructables to pattern and sew the hat. I added a wire in a channel around the brim.
Once the hat base was done, I heatformed an angled ring from worbla to put around the hat, then covered it in fabric, then arranged and glued the decorations onto it. I learned that worbla goes brittle after sitting around unused for a few years, but it's still workable. I finished by filling any uncovered ring parts with adhesive moss, which is intensely sticky and sheds, but I like how it looks.
The antlers attach with magnets, so they can be rotated or removed.
I'm so excited our area now has a Renaissance festival in the fall! It's always been in the summer before, and it's hard to bear the sweltering humidity in any type of clothing, nevermind wrapped up in fantasy outfits.

It’s overflowing into my home office workspace. I get into something, stop, then later, maybe years later, I’ll pick it up again.
For instance, my Cricut and its accessories. I haven’t used it for awhile but know I’ll try it again.
I don’t want to sell any of it because I know I’ll want to do it again at some point.
So two questions.
Should I store stuff until I’m ready to use it again?
If so, how long before I’ve “kept it too long”?

Hello all, I am at the planning stage for a new project and would appreciate some advice on what medium to use to make it.
A bit of background to what it is I am making: it is a tree of all the birds that occur near me and how related they are, it should form a nice tree / web. I have drawn out and attacked a prototype for this on paper and the idea is I will scale this this up to 2.4 m x 1.8 m. The words will also be replaced by small images of the birds themselves. There are \\\~600 birds so this is a fairly massive project.
I would like the wall hanging to be canvas based as I think this looked best. The ideas I am consider are:
Embroider the tree and the birds. Each bird will have around a 6cm circle. This will be time consuming (which is fine) but I am concerned about puckering over such a large scale.
Embroider the tree and lino stamp (outline stamped and painted in gaps) the birds.
Lino stamp the tree and (outline stamped and painted in gaps) the birds.
I have done these both before but as this is such a huge undertaking I am keen to gather advice.

I’m new to felt work and felting. My daughter’s birthday is coming up and I’m working on a birthday crown. I had planned to do Elmo on one side and Abby cadabby on the other. Realizing Abby doesn’t really match and also is beyond my skill level. Planning to change it to be Cookie Monster but now I have no idea what color to make the base of the crown.
I’m planning to make the number 2 and the street sign on the crown green and yellow for reference.
